Built for the first cup of the day. Bright enough to wake you up, smooth enough to drink before you’re ready to think. Takes milk well and holds up in a drip machine.

Berk’s Beans Espresso Blend, roasted medium-dark

Blended for pressure. Heavy body, chocolate and caramel through the middle, and enough sweetness to survive milk in a latte. Pulls beautifully as espresso and makes a serious French press.

Breakfast in Paris, French Roast, roasted dark

A proper French roast. Smoky, bold, low acidity, with the roast character out front where a French roast puts it. The one to reach for when you want coffee that tastes like coffee.

Italian Stallion, Italian Roast, roasted dark plus

The darkest thing we make. Taken past French roast to where the oils come to the surface and the cup turns bittersweet and intense. Not subtle, and not trying to be.

Seasonal Blend, roast varies

Coffee is at its best between 7 and 21 days off the roast, a window the Specialty Coffee Association has documented well. Grocery store bags are routinely months past it. Six bags is a lot of coffee, so open them one at a time rather than all at once, and keep the unopened ones sealed away from heat and light.

Whole bean or ground
