At Berk’s Beans Coffee, we offer a flat shipping rate of $9.00 for all orders. and all coffee orders over $50 ship free in the continental US (Excluding Giftsets and merchandise)
When Will My Coffee Be Roasted and Shipped?
We roast our online orders from Monday to Thursday. If you place your order by 12 PM, it will be roasted on the next roast day and shipped the following day. See our roasting and shipping schedule to the left:
Please note that other products, equipment, and merchandise follow the same fulfillment and shipping schedule. Our roasting and fulfillment schedule may change during holidays or when shipping services are unavailable.
When Can I Expect My Order?
Orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service and UPS. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 1-5 business days after it has been shipped, depending on your location relative to Concord, CA. For tracking information, please refer to the email we send you upon shipment. To ensure timely delivery, kindly provide a complete and accurate shipping address. Berk’s Beans Coffee cannot be held liable for any additional costs incurred due to incorrect shipping information or missed deliveries.
Do You Accept Returns?
Unused, non-coffee products may be exchanged within 30 days. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Unfortunately, our coffee beans are non-returnable and non-refundable once they have been shipped, as our coffees are roasted “to order.” We make every effort to ship orders within a day of their roast date; therefore, we cannot accept returns once the coffee has left our roastery.
If you cancel a prepaid subscription early, we will process a refund for the prepaid amount. Recurring subscriptions can be canceled at any time.
