Vietnam Da Lat green coffee beans are honey processed Robusta from smallholder farms in Lam Dong Province, Vietnam, grown between 900 and 1,200 meters in volcanic soil and dried on raised beds. The cup is nutty and sweet with honey, a grainy edge, a clean finish and heavy body. Sold unroasted in 1 lb, 3 lb and 5 lb bags from our Concord, CA roastery.
